Lovely wreath! I have just noticed the changing photos in the header. I thought the one with Mike and the ropes hanging over his shoulder was Bob Flowerdew at first with his long blonde plaits!!! I must get to the opticians in 2014! Have a lovely ‘relaxing’ Christmas Jessica and I look forward to reading all about your adventures next year. x
Great wreath Jessica!
Happy Christmas and the best for the New Year!
I am very grateful for all your posts and photos, kept me busy during this very idle period.
Getting close to my normal routine, indoors anyway.
Looking forward to seeing your chairs redone. They will be grand.
A simple but still stunning wreath Jessica. What a shame about the weather forecast 🙁 Hope that you manage to stay warm and snug. Wishing you all the best at Christmas and happy gardening in 2014 xxx
You might have been a little thinner on the ground for holly berries that you had hoped, but your wreath is beautiful. I love the simplicity. Happy Christmas to you and Mike. xx
Happy Christmas to you two too. I’ve loved reading your blogs – the bird twirler must take the prize for funniest blog I’ve ever read! I went back to it when I needed a lift – thank you for sharing your exploits.
Thanks Virginia. The squirrels are sneaking back now that food is getting more scarce. But I am waiting. With new batteries and new technology.. there may be a video 🙂
Thanks Linda, I hope the weather eases up for you too.

Love your wreath. We borrowed pheasant feathers from my daughters owl mask for our very rustic version, hoping it’s still hanging to the door in the wind! Hope you have a very lovely Christmas too.

Have a lovely Christmas Jessica – I have just learnt that my son and his family are stuck on a ferry unable to anchor whilst travelling over from France to us. They have been told that the boat is going to head back for France where the water is calmer – goodness knows when we shall see them.
Ah, so that’s the costly wreath! I love those little delicate ones, and would have made more, were it not for the fact that I haven’t any florist’s wire at all! Happy Christmas, Jessica.

Stunning wreath, one of the loveliest I have seen.
Wind down? Definitely “wind up” here – torrential rain, wind as strong as last Wednesday, could not feel less “Christmassy”. Stay safe :}
Thanks Bilbo. Bloomin eck. Can’t believe it today. Had a lull, enough to get the Christmas tree inside, but now it’s back.. You too.
Phew! Hang on to your hat!!! Happy Christmas to you too!
If I had one it would be the other side of the country by now..
Thanks Heather 🙂
Lovely wreath makes my home one look very rough. Happy Christmas from very wet and windy North Yorkshire.

Take care Sue, at least it will ease off a bit before Christmas. I hope!

How sensible to wind (rhyme with rind!) down early. Wishing you a joyful and peaceful Christmas.
It’s always the plan but as it turned out, with the storm and everything, winding down didn’t quite work out. Hey ho. Tonight may be!
Hope your Christmas is a good one, full of quietness, calmness, and love. Vx
You too Vera. And hope all the animals are on their best behaviour too.
Ah, so that’s the costly wreath! I love those little delicate ones, and would have made more, were it not for the fact that I haven’t any florist’s wire at all! Happy Christmas, Jessica.
