Oh my gosh ~ you have to know I’ll need to find one of these for myself to use! lol
Simply can not wait for updates and pictures once you have it battery-enabled 🙂

Can’t wait to see the photos, in fact it would have to be a short video to get the full effect! Maybe they will like it and think they are at a squirrel version of Alton Towers – I look forward to the next stage in the story of ‘twirl – a -squirrel:)
I think we need one of these feeders. Would love to see one in action.
I found my way here from a link on Veg Plotting. Great blog, love your header photo. I’ll be back again.
Hi there and welcome to rusty duck!
The squirrels are a real problem. Being surrounded by trees we are overrun with the things and they eat all the food that we put out for the birds. I don’t want to harm them.. just gently persuade them to go find their nuts elsewhere!!
As you already know, I’ve had it with the squirrels and their destructive ways !
My neighbour had one of those twirling squirrel deterents, it entertained us immensely, just spent a lot on batteries 🙂
Good Luck with yours …

They can be a real problem can’t they. So sorry about the robin’s nest.
I have a feeling batteries are going to figure large here too.. £6 a fill up!!
There’s something about the unserious, toylike font on that packaging that makes me slightly doubtful…….
And maybe I have too much respect for squirrels, but being twirled gently hardly seems like much of a deterrent to the determined thief…
You have to get a photo off it in action when you’ve been out to get some batteries!
I’m certainly going to try, not sure how easy it will be though. I’m hoping there will be plenty of movement!
There’s never the right battery around when you need one. Can’t wait to find out if it works.
It’s infuriating isn’t it. We have batteries galore and they’re all the wrong size!
You know it’ll only take him a handful of hours to work out how to manage it….
But they will be a seriously entertaining handful of hours..
I can’t wait to see the results of this one 🙂
Me neither..

It comes from America, you’ll probably get it for half the price I paid!
Word on the squirrel street is that there is a new ‘funfair’ ride to play on at Rusty Duck Towers! Look forward to photos Julie x
I shall charge them an entrance fee. As for the scorecard I think it’s now ‘Advantage rusty duck’ !!
Best laugh I have had all day!!!!
You ain’t seen nothin’ yet. I hope…
That looks good fun! Pain about the lack of batteries!xxxx
It reminds me of Christmas toys when I was a kid. My Dad ALWAYS forgot the batteries..
Drat! Squirrels get a reprieve!
I wouldn’t want to hurt them. They might be dizzy for a bit though…
Ah that Acme company, there’s always a catch even in the most perfect contraption. So the roadrunner er squirrel gets to eat again another day?!!
We shall see, we shall see.. but like Wile E. Coyote I do not give up!!
Anyone remember the song ‘Dizzy’? It’s the new squirrel anthem 😉 Hilarious!
x
Will we have a garden full of ‘drunken’ squirrels I wonder..

Heaven forbid that they like it..!!
Must have VIDEO of the results!!! 🙂
I will try.. !
Cool! I hope you find a battery for it. 🙂
It’ll be worth a special shopping trip.

Ha. The squirrels’ lucky day. So looking forward to battery operated squirrel action…
I have tried everything else.. this has to work!
Well, I’m now looking forward to seeing a giddy squirrel beat the feeder. I expect he will in the end, but it will be fascinating to see how.
Fun too… !!
Batteries not included then ! I love your matches with the squirrels & can’t wait for the game to start ! ( and the results of course )
I shall have ’em Penny, fear not.
It’s always the way isn’t, or you find a multi pack of AA batteries when all you want is two AAA.
You HAVE GOT to film this in action once you do get the batteries, it could be hilarious 🙂
I will try my best Sue.. I’ve not done a video before, let alone put one on the blog. That could be hilarious too 🙂
Let’s hope they don’t treat it like a fairground ride and be queueing up to use it!!!
Let’s hope..

Packaging tells you a lot, I know. But I live in hope!!
Yep, we’re definitely going to need the video of the squirrel learning to conquor that apparetnly fiendish feeder…
I have it on my to-do list!
